90-Day Money-Back Guarantee – Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

You must contact us within 90 days of delivery.

The product must have been used consistently as instructed.

• A brief explanation of your experience
• Photo or video proof of the product’s condition -
The product must be returned in good physical condition (no intentional damage, misuse, or excessive wear).
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos or short video of the product
Our support team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Returns without an RA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The item must be shipped using a trackable shipping service within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization.
We strongly recommend insuring your shipment, as Pavra Recovery is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return address details will be provided upon approval.
Inspection & Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 14–30 business days depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the product shows excessive wear, damage, or missing components.
Non-Refundable Situations

• Multiple refund claims from the same customer
• Products returned damaged due to misuse
• Missing parts, accessories, or packaging
• Returns initiated after 90 days

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:

Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

• Refusal of delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address
Reshipping fees will apply.
If you choose not to reship the item, we may deduct original shipping and handling costs from your refund.
