PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

HANDLING & SHIPPING DETAILS
• All orders include tracking from dispatch to delivery.
• Orders are shipped in secure, protective packaging to prevent transit damage.
• Once dispatched, delivery timelines are handled by the shipping carrier.
Pavra Recovery is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Customs processing delays
• Force majeure events beyond our control
Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of carrier delay.
We do not control or collect customs duties or import taxes. If applicable, these are determined by your local authorities.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You may track your shipment directly through the carrier link provided in your confirmation email.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
If you entered an incorrect shipping address:

Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
• Reshipping fees may apply
